Reading Unleashed provides specialised, individualised support for children who learn differently — helping them build literacy, communication skills, and confidence in everyday life.

Based in Canberra, we support children aged 6 years and older, including those with learning differences such as dyslexia and language-based difficulties.

Each session is tailored to your child’s unique goals, strengths, and interests. Our approach uses evidence-based strategies to build essential skills, support participation at school, and increase independence over time.

Reading Unleashed is dedicated to helping children unlock the reading code.

We work with children who experience challenges with reading, spelling, and writing, including those with specific learning differences. Our focus is on building practical skills that support learning, communication, and participation in everyday environments.

We take a strengths-based approach, supporting each child to develop confidence, independence, and a more positive relationship with learning.

Reading Unleashed works with families who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS. Our services fall under Capacity Building supports, focusing on developing literacy and communication skills that support everyday functioning.

NDIS Participants

Reading Unleashed supports children who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS.

Support is delivered as a capacity-building intervention, focusing on communication, thinking skills, and executive functioning – the underlying skills required for participation across learning and everyday life.
